Increase typing speed in 5 steps

Typing is one of the essential skills that are required in the field of Information Technology. But people face problem in building their typing speed. So today we will know how you can increase your typing speeding in just few steps. I have achieved the speed of 75-80 words per minutes through these simple steps.

Step1:- Clearing your basics of typing

In the first step you need to familiar with the keyboard. Clear your basic typing course through any of the popular typing software like TypingMaster Pro. In this step you are going to build your muscles memory and you are going to remember the position of the keys on the keyword.

Step 2:- Performing typing test 5 to 1:-

After completing your basics you need to practise and perform typing test that are already in the software. These tests help you in determining your weak points on the keyboards on which you need to focus on and improve them. People are recommended to perform 5 mins typing test but this might be boring and annoying. If you are able to achieve a good speed in 5 mins you can optimized it more by performing short duration (1-2 min) typing test. This will boost your typing performance.

Step 3:- Improving weak point:-

After knowing your weak points, try to improve them by typing them more and more in the practice session. Most of the typing software helps you in focusing on your weak point by making the practice test for you. Now you might have achieved the speed of at least 40 Word Per Minutes (WPM). Now you are on the way to the professional typing.

Mastering the typing speed:-

Above are the basic that can help you achieving a good speed of 35-45 WPM. But you might face problem in increasing your typing speed beyond this point. So, here’s the solution.

Step 4:- Typing more and more:-

You might be wondering how some people type so fast? The answer is typing more and more daily. Who have good typing speed Graphic Designer or Programmer? I know you all the answer i.e., Programmer. As programmer have a habit to type more and more in order to make their programs their typing speed definitely increase by the time. In the way if you are not a programmer but still want better typing speed, try to write the passage from the books because books contains the mixture of both difficult and easy and some rarely used words that help in increasing typing speed.

Step 5:- Miracle of Games:-

We all have seen the magic of games all around the world, people going crazy breaking their keyboards and computer system, Right? But you can use this gaming power to increase your typing speed. I don't know the actual reason but yeah games helps in optimizing the one's performance. Just because you are getting rewards every time, you will make your more and more efforts to be at the top.
You can play the typing games that will help in improving your speed but beware with the accuracy also. Playing games definitely increase your typing speed with some might lower your typing accuracy. Games are already present of some of the typing software.
